I act with purposeful awareness of clarity. - April 25, 2007
To be purposefully aware of clarity is an act that uplifts our consciousness.
Our awareness is a gift -- to ourselves and to others.
In addition to giving our purposeful awareness to clarity, we also give it to our life mission and to the little situations of our lives.
To be aware in and of each moment is one of the primary goals of the human experience.
We rejoice in the opportunity to be alive and awake.
Reconnect with your over-arching intention for clarity so that the integration of this week's affirmations is based on the intention you have chosen.
Perhaps the over-arching intention feels different now from the time you first set it.
If so, this might be because you have been becoming more purposefully aware each day as you have given your attention to clarity.
Change your over-arching intention, if necessary, or reflect on its deeper meaning.
I claim clarity. I claim my power. - April 24, 2007
ABOUT TODAY'S AFFIRMATION
Do not be by the simplicity of today's affirmation.
Accept its truth.
From time to time we may have a clear vision of what to do, yet we hesitate or doubt.
Hesitation and doubt can be our friends when they lead us to ask meaningful questions, but not when they stop us from taking the actions our inner wisdom has shown us.
ABOUT YOUR PROCESS
If you struggle with claiming clarity and/or power, you might like to try this simple technique.
Select an object in your home or office --
anything will do: a stapler or plate or toothpick.
Place or observe the object sitting on a table or desk near you.
Let the object take the role of "clarity" or "power" or a specific vision or decision.
(Even a toothpick ought to have an opportunity to play a role now and then. After all, YOU get to play roles all the time!)
Then CLAIM the object effortlessly and playfully -- perhaps you seize it or lift it up with your two hands joyously or put it in your pocket secretly.
Notice HOW you claim the object -- claim your power and clarity as effortlessly.
