1/2 cup of toasted wheat germ
1/2 cup of flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
3 tbs butter
6 cups freshly sliced peaches
1 cup blueberries
(personal recommendation) 1/4 cup tapioca beads to thicken the syrup of the fruit juices
Preheat oven to 350
Combine fruit and 2 tbs flour with tapioca beads until completely coated
Combine wheat germ, flour brown sugar and cinnamon.
Cut in the butter.
Place fruit in 8~inch pan and top with wheat germ mixture.
Bake for 35 mins and serve with vanilla yogurt or ice cream.
