Coming out of a Haze

When to use this Meditation:
Take a deeee-eeee--eeep Breath in....
hold to the count of four...
Breathe out...1...2...3...4...
Repeat this four times

As you continue to breath in deep slow breaths, you feel your body relax and count to ten... Continue to breathe ...

As you look around you see the fog/mist.
It gentlly enfold you.
Th emists obsures everything arround you, you can not see anything but the fog.
Do not let the lack of sight frighten you instead embrase the fog, let it sourround you withlove and gentle guidenance.
As you look around you notice a path in the fog.
Walk toward that path.
Let your your heart lead the way. Relax, trust your senses, open your heart to beauty and art.
Remember the fog is only attempting to get you attention not harm or lead you astray

Follow the path notice your sourrounding
Are there Trees? Water, is it a river or ocean? are there people standing around?
Do you see animals? What type of plant life is around? Are there buildings?
Is there one person/thing that draws you attention more than others?
Is there soemthing that involks more emotions than others?
Walk over and sit next to it

Treat the person/item with respect
Listen to what it has to tell you
Is there more around that have something for you
Walk over and sit next to it

Treat the person/item with respect
Listen to what it has to tell you

Once there is no one left to speak to or you feel you have done as much as you can at the moment:

you feel yourself returning to the time you started ...the room is coming back and you start counting back from ten... nine...
eight...seven...
with each number you feel more refreshed as you return from the mist...
Six...
five...
four...
three...your eyes begin to open...
two...
one...you are fully refreshed and ready to record your magickal experience.
